2019 Pre-School (Kornhill, Quarry Bay) Summer Course
(I) Summer Fun Preparatory Toddler Music Course (P-CPS)
To develop the child’s passion for music and creative thinking skills through various games that teaches musical knowledge.
This course deploys music as a means to guide a child to have an all-rounded development.
Age: 2 -3 Years Old
No. of Student / Class: Approx. 12 - 18 Persons
Full Semester: 10 Classes
Class Duration: 1 Hour
**Continuous Application for 2 Consecutive Semesters 20 Classes, Course Fee: $4200, After Discount: $4000
Continuous Application for 3 Consecutive Semesters 30 Classes, Course Fee: $6300, After Discount: $5800

(II) Summer Fun Pre-School Music Class (CPS)
To develop the child’s passion for music through various games that teaches musical knowledge.
Course Content includes: Singing, Movement, Pitch Accuracy, Rhythm, Basic Musical Theory, Yip’s Hand Signs, and Musical Appreciation.
Age: 3-5 Years Old
No. of Student / Class: Approx. 12 - 18 Persons
Full Semester: 10 Lessons
Class Duration: 1 Hour
**Continuous Application for 2 Consecutive Semesters 20 Classes, Course Fee: $4600, After Discount: $4200
Continuous Application for 3 Consecutive Semesters 30 Classes, Course Fee: $6900, After Discount: $6000

Application Requirements and Procedure
Apply In-Person:
Participants should bring their application form (already filled out) alongside their Application Fee of $50 and their Course Fee to the respective desired Centre. (Please first give us a call at 2886-2713 for our Kornhill Centre).
Apply via Mail:
1. Fill Out Application Form DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM
2. Crossed Cheque (Application Fee $50 & Course Fee aggregated and written on the same cheque. Please write down Student’s name, contact number and course code (P-CPS / CPS). Cheque to be made payable to: Yip’s Children’s Choral & Performing Arts Centre Ltd. or “葉氏兒童音樂實踐中心有限公司” (We do not accept post-dated cheques).
3. Reply Envelope (Please stick on the correct postage and write in the return address to facilitate the return of receipt)
4. Please Mail the above three items to our Tsuen Wan Headquarters: 8/F, King Palace Plaza, 52A Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T. The Envelope should state “Summer Course Application.”
5. Those who use the “Apply via Mail” method should contact our Tsuen Wan Centre five days later to inquire about their application.
**Those who apply five days prior to the start of class must Apply In-Person at our (Kornhill) Centre.
Those who apply before June 15, 2019 may have their application fee exempted.
- Those who apply for two or more courses in one instance are only required to pay the Application Fee of $50 once. (Separate applications may not enjoy this benefit).
- For all students who have submitted the required fees and have been accepted into the course(s), please promptly attend class at the appointed Centre location. YCMT/YCC will provide prior notification should there be any changes.
- Under any circumstances, all submitted Application Fees, Course Fees, and Material Rental Fees will not be refunded. (Except those who have been Specially Notified)
- Should there be an insufficient number of applicants (Each class must have at least 5 students), the class will be cancelled. Students will be notified a week prior to the start of class. All Application Fees, Course Fees, and Material Rental Fees will be fully refunded.
- All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the Yip’s Children’s Choral & Performing Arts Centre
Typhoon and Thunderstorm Signal Arrangements:
1. Summer Fun Preparatory Toddler Music Course (P-CPS) (Aged 2-3)
Yellow Rainstorm Warning: Classes as normal (Parents may decide, according their own situation, whether their child should attend class at YCCPAC. Make-up classes will not be offered.
Red & Black Rainstorm Warning or Strong Wind Signal No. 3 or above: 1. All classes are suspended (Make-up classes will not be offered). 2. Should the Rainstorm Warning be changed to yellow or that the strong wind signal is removed, classes will resume within 2 hours. No additional notice will be given.
2. All Other Classes
Yellow & Red Rainstorm Warning: Classes as normal (Parents may decide, according their own situation, whether their child should attend class at YCCPAC. Make-up classes will not be offered.
Black Rainstorm Warning or Strong Wind Signal No. 8 or above: 1. All classes are suspended (Make-up classes will not be offered). 2. Should the Rainstorm Warning be removed or changed to yellow/ red or that of the strong wind signal No.3 or below, classes will resume within 2 hours. No additional notice will be given.
